In 2006, male enrollments started at about 4.5 thousand, while female enrollments began at 2.5 thousand. By 2009, the number of females had increased significantly to 4.5 thousand, whereas the number of males had decreased by 2 thousand Between 2009 and 2011, the number of females dramatically declined from 4.5 thousand to 1.9 , and in the same period, there was a noticeable growth of one thousand in the number of males. Both sexes witnessed steady growth between 2011 and 2014 following these fluctuations.
Regarding age distribution, 18- to 24-year-old students constituted the largest group, accounting for 58% of the total students. Teenagers aged 14–18 were the second largest group, comprising 23%. The remaining 19% were divided between students over 24 years old (10%) and those aged 7 and below (9%).
